ISM Industrial Field Services was established with a core group of construction managers and superintendents each with a minimum of 25 years experience in their field of expertise.  The ISM Field Services group brings with it an understanding and intimate knowledge of the work processes required to execute construction projects on time and on budget while maintaining a safe working environment.  Field service capabilities include:

Our project management and cost control procedures along with experienced personnel mitigate the risks commonly associated with cost and schedule driven projects.  Our management approach is based upon the principles of the PMP Model.  Specific execution plans can be developed and tailored to meet the needs of the client.
